In the latest episode 4 of the series "No Limits," an emergency situation arises when a cruise ship suddenly catches fire. Loi (To Dung) and the local militia must quickly implement a plan to handle the scene and ensure the safety of the passengers.
Despite being on leave, Lieutenant Colonel Minh Kien (Steven Nguyen) still showed up to inspect and direct operations. Given Loi's initial lack of cooperation, Kien used his authority as commander to request a detailed situation report in order to devise the most timely rescue plan.
