In Spacetime episode 1, a huge flood suddenly hit the Yen Khe Nam area due to the impact of a storm. The flash flood paralyzed traffic, many areas suffered dangerous landslides.
The bridge over the river was broken, leaving people unable to move to avoid the flood, including the elderly and children. Many families were unable to evacuate in time as the floodwaters rose too quickly. In places where the water had already risen, people could only hug each other in panic and cry for help.

The 12th Regiment, under the command of Lieutenant Colonel Le Nguyen Dai, received the order to conduct rescue and relief operations. They were racing against time and floodwaters to evacuate people and their belongings to safety. Although they had previously prepared a response and warning plan, the actual situation from the flood made Dai extremely worried. He and his teammates immediately made an emergency rescue plan. When they saw the soldiers arrive, the local people shouted with joy, hoping for help.

Space of Time is a special film project to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army and the 35th anniversary of National Defense Day. The film will be broadcast during the "prime time" of Vietnamese films on VTV1, from 9pm every Monday to Friday, starting from November 25.
The film tells the story of Lieutenant Colonel Le Nguyen Dai, played by actor Manh Truong. Dai is a peacetime soldier who, along with his comrades, carries within them a deep love for the country, courage and a sense of responsibility. They do not hesitate to face danger, ready to sacrifice to protect the peaceful lives of the people from natural disasters and epidemics.
These soldiers have kind hearts, always sharing and sympathizing with the difficulties of their compatriots, and are also resourceful and decisive when facing sophisticated enemies. These people take advantage of the people's trust to spread propaganda against the Party and State's policies.
Spacetime brings together a cast of famous, veteran actors such as: People's Artist Trung Anh, People's Artist Quoc Tri, People's Artist Nhu Quynh. These artists bring depth and weight to the characters they play. In addition, the film also has the participation of young actors with rich acting experience such as Manh Truong, Chi Nhan, Duy Khanh, Bich Ngoc, and new faces such as Le Bong, Thac Phong.
In particular, in the past part of the film, director - Meritorious Artist Danh Dung trusted young faces such as Viet Hoang, Huyen Trang, Thua Tuan Anh and Duc Hieu. The freshness and youthfulness of these actors brought the image of young soldiers, doctors, nurses, and youth volunteers in an innocent, rustic and vibrant way.
Le Nguyen Dai, played by Manh Truong, is the son of Mr. Nam, the Commander of Regiment 12. Later, Dai was assigned to work at Group 80. He has a handsome, masculine and steady appearance. Dai is a strong, determined person, always full of aspiration to complete all assigned tasks. As the son of a soldier who has experienced war, Dai inherited his father's ideals and responsibilities. He has the steadfastness and certainty of a soldier, but few people know that Dai also has his own thoughts inside.
Timeless exploits the story of Uncle Ho's soldiers, with two distinct parts: "war" and "peace". The past part depicts the fighting life of the fathers' generation in the war to defend the country. That life was both heroic, but also full of tragedy due to the losses caused by war.
In the present, the film is inspired by the silent contributions of soldiers in peacetime, who grew up in peace and were willing to sacrifice their personal happiness for the sacred word "people". The past and present stories are interwoven in the film, helping to clearly portray the portrait of soldiers in each period. At the same time, the connection between the past and the present also creates a reflection, showing the continuation of the tradition of "Uncle Ho's soldiers", "by the people, for the people".
The film not only recreates the values of soldiers in war, but also honors the silent sacrifices of the generation of soldiers in peacetime, who always protect the safety and happiness of the people.
