The total investment for this project is over 50 billion VND, the project is over 1 hectare wide, including items, water park, roller coaster, Ferris wheel, train, entertainment area for children, including netball house, coffee shop... This is the largest entertainment project that no real estate business unit in Nghe An has. This project meets the entertainment needs of the project's residential area and people in the coastal communes of Dien Chau.

The total investment of the new Dien Ngoc market is tens of billions of VND with a scale of 5,000 m2, concrete market floor, has a large main hall.
The market mainly sells clothes, confectionery, seafood, and vegetables with over 300 small traders operating. The kiosks are built to ensure food safety and hygiene and fire prevention. At the kiosks selling seafood and meat of all kinds, there are clean water systems, drainage systems, and flood control systems.

Mr. Dau Trong Quyet - Deputy Head of the Inspection Committee of the Dien Ngoc Commune Party Committee said: For a long time, the road through Dien Ngoc to Dien Kim has been the place where "flea markets" have been formed. All goods are displayed and sold by people encroaching on the roadside, vehicles passing through this market area are often congested, making it difficult to circulate. However, since Dien Ngoc market was invested and put into use, all activities have been brought into the market area, contributing to restoring traffic order at this "bottleneck", significantly reducing traffic congestion.

At this time, the investor is actively implementing the project phase 2, according to the plan, the project will be completed and put into use by the end of 2020. Hai Van Company Limited will continue to build new and improve welfare facilities to meet the needs of project residents and people in coastal areas.
