(Baonghean.vn) - A barbershop and business kiosk in Vinh City unexpectedly caught fire in the early morning. Firefighters quickly arrived at the scene to extinguish the blaze.
At 1:42 AM on March 5, 2020, the 114 Command Center of the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department received a report of a fire at a barbershop and general store located at No. 1 Ly Thuong Kiet Street, Le Loi Ward, Vinh City.

Immediately, two fire trucks and 16 officers and soldiers were quickly dispatched to the scene to extinguish the fire promptly and prevent it from spreading.
Fortunately, no one was inside the kiosk at the time of the fire. The initial cause of the fire was determined to be an electrical system malfunction.
