Nghe An Forest Protection Department receives training on receiving citizens and handling complaints.
On the morning of November 5th, the Nghe An Forest Protection Department organized a training conference for over 100 forest rangers on receiving citizens, handling petitions and resolving complaints and denunciations.

The conference was led by Ms. Nguyen Thi Quynh Nga, Deputy Head of Department 4, Inspectorate of Nghe An Province, who directly delivered content on skills and professional practices in receiving citizens, handling petitions, and resolving complaints and denunciations.
The training course covered four topics: Legal documents regulating citizen reception and handling of petitions; Basic issues regarding complaint resolution; Procedures for handling denunciations; and Declaration of assets and income.

Through the training program, participants are equipped with additional legal knowledge and enhanced skills in handling situations related to citizen reception, complaint resolution, and denunciation handling in accordance with the law.

At the same time, it is necessary to raise the awareness and responsibility of officials and forestry sector staff regarding strengthening administrative discipline and order in serving the people, ensuring the strict implementation of legal regulations on receiving citizens, handling petitions, and resolving complaints and denunciations.
