The draft amendment to the 2018 Law on Anti-Corruption proposes to strengthen the role of Party Inspection Committees at all levels in controlling assets and income, in order to improve the effectiveness of anti-corruption and recovery of lost assets.

Strengthening control of assets and income to prevent and combat corruption

(Baonghean.vn) - The Government Inspectorate has just held an online conference on asset and income control. At the Nghe An bridge, comrade Chu The Huyen - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Chief Inspector of the province chaired. Also attending were representatives of relevant agencies and units.
Nghe An strengthens leadership and direction in controlling assets and income of officials and party members.

(Baonghean.vn) - The Provincial Party Standing Committee requires strict implementation of declarations by people holding a position for the first time according to the provisions of the Law on Anti-Corruption, annual periodic declarations, additional declarations when there are changes in assets and income between two declaration periods, and declarations for personnel work.
