(Baonghean.vn) - As reported by Nghe An Newspaper, while inspecting the sea area near Mat Island, the interdisciplinary team of Nghe An province discovered that the fishing boat with license plate TH-91674-TS, operated by Mr. Hoang Van M., residing in Quang Xuong (Thanh Hoa), had violated the law but was uncooperative and did not bring the boat ashore for handling.
