Checking the implementation of grassroots democracy regulations in Thai Hoa Town.

(Baonghean.vn) - On December 4th, the Steering Committee for the Implementation of Grassroots Democracy Regulations in Nghe An province inspected the implementation of grassroots democracy regulations in Thai Hoa town.

In 2015, the Party committees, government, Fatherland Front, and various sectors of Thai Hoa Town paid attention to and promoted the implementation of democratic regulations at the local level, in agencies and units. The implementation of democratic regulations according to Ordinance No. 34 of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly and Decree 71 of the Government was well carried out by the locality, administrative agencies, and public service units.

The inspection team carried out the implementation of the Regulations on Democracy at Phu Quy Irrigation Company Limited andWe acknowledge the excellent results this company has achieved in the past period.

Transparency and democracy are increasingly evident, mobilizing the active contributions of the people to local development. The Standing Committee of the Thai Hoa Town Party Committee established 11 working groups to direct grassroots activities in all areas of local development.

In addition, the implementation of the grassroots democracy regulations is being gradually carried out by businesses in the town.

In the coming period, Thai Hoa Town will develop operational regulations and plan regular inspections of the implementation of democratic regulations in communes and wards; strengthen propaganda and guidance to leverage the strength of the entire population in conjunction with local political tasks, and enhance the role of community supervision.

Upon inspection, Thai Hoa town was assessed as a locality that has excellently fulfilled the task of implementing the grassroots democracy regulations.
