Selecting attractive girls who presented themselves as students, Phuong organized prostitution at karaoke bars and hotels, charging between 2 and 7 million VND.
On October 16th, the Ha Tinh Police arrested Le Thi Ha Phuong (23 years old, from Ha Tinh city) for investigation into a crime.Prostitution broker, according to Article 328 of the 2015 Penal Code.
According to the investigation documents, for the past 3-4 years, Phuong has been recruiting many young, unemployed but attractive girls to work as waitresses at entertainment venues.

When customers wanted to buy sex, Phuong labeled these girls as students. The "madam" quoted prices of 2-3 million VND per person for participating in wild parties at karaoke bars; 4 million VND for a single sexual encounter, and 5-7 million VND for an overnight stay.
The "fun" location was managed by Phuong.

The police are summoning five women and two men who purchased sex services for questioning as part of the investigation.
