An injured man trapped in a house with a blown-off roof in Truong Vinh ward was safely rescued by the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police.
At around 7:30 p.m. on August 25, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department, Nghe An Provincial Police received a report that a house on Huynh Thuc Khang Street, Truong Vinh Ward had its roof blown off by a tornado.
