By promptly extinguishing the fire on a burning motorbike, the Nghe An Mobile Police prevented the fire from spreading.
At approximately 2:15 AM on December 7th, while patrolling on Le Nin Street, near the intersection of Le Nin and Ly Tu Trong streets, a patrol team from the Mobile Police Force of Nghe An Provincial Police promptly discovered and extinguished a motorcycle fire.
According to the task force officers, upon discovering the motorcycle engulfed in flames, the patrol team immediately warned surrounding vehicles and requested assistance from passing car drivers to borrow fire extinguishers. Thanks to their quick coordination, the fire was brought under control within minutes. However, because the fire had been burning for a considerable time, the motorcycle was completely destroyed, leaving only the frame.
The timely response of the riot police prevented the fire from spreading because a tanker truck was parked on the sidewalk near a construction site. Traffic in the area was also unaffected.
After extinguishing the fire, the task force notified the Vinh Phu Ward Police to continue the investigation. Initial information suggests the fire may be related to a conflict between some groups of teenagers, leading to the act of arson.
