Disciplinary action against 3 officials of the Office of the City Party Committee and the Office of the People's Council of Da Nang
News from the Da Nang City Party Committee's Inspection Committee on January 16 said that at the 19th session held on January 8, the Da Nang City Party Committee's Inspection Committee reviewed and disciplined 3 officials.

Accordingly, disciplinary action was taken against Mr. Doan Xuan Hieu, member of the Party Committee of the People's Council (PC), member of the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of the People's Council, and Chief of Office of the People's Council of Da Nang City.
The City Party Committee's Inspection Committee has reviewed Mr. Doan Xuan Hieu's violations and shortcomings in advising and proposing that the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee agree on the policy of appointing a bid for the Da Nang City People's Council Hall project, violating the 2013 Bidding Law.
Pursuant to Regulation No. 102-QD/TW dated November 15, 2017 of the Politburo on disciplinary action against violating Party members; considering the nature, extent, harm, and cause of the violation, the City Party Committee's Inspection Committee decided to impose a disciplinary reprimand on Mr. Doan Xuan Hieu.

Consider and discipline Mr. Vo Van Phu, member of the Party Executive Committee of the City Party Committee Office, Deputy Chief of the Office of the Da Nang City Party Committee.
The City Party Committee's Inspection Committee has reviewed Mr. Vo Van Phu's violations and shortcomings in advising and proposing that the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee agree on the policy of appointing contractors for 3 projects of Party office buildings. The City Party Committee's Inspection Committee has decided to discipline Mr. Vo Van Phu with a reprimand.
Consider and discipline Mr. Pham Van Hai, former member of the Party Executive Committee of the City Party Committee Office, former Deputy Chief of the Office of the Da Nang City Party Committee.
The City Party Committee's Inspection Committee has reviewed Mr. Pham Van Hai's violations and shortcomings in advising and proposing that the City Party Committee Office and the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee arrange for donated vehicles of types and values exceeding the prescribed standards and titles to serve the work of the City Party Committee's leaders, violating the Party and State's regulations on practicing thrift and combating waste.
The City Party Committee's Inspection Commission decided to impose a disciplinary reprimand on Mr. Pham Van Hai.
