Three officials from the Da Nang City Party Committee Office and the Da Nang City People's Council Office have been disciplined.
According to information from the Da Nang City Party Committee's Inspection Committee on January 16th, at its 19th meeting held on January 8th, the Committee reviewed and disciplined three officials.

Accordingly, disciplinary action was taken against Mr. Doan Xuan Hieu, member of the Party Committee of the People's Council, member of the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of the People's Council's office, and Chief of the Office of the People's Council of Da Nang City.
The City Party Committee's Inspection Committee has reviewed the violations and shortcomings of Mr. Doan Xuan Hieu in advising and proposing to the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee to approve the policy of awarding the contract for the Da Nang City People's Council meeting hall project through direct negotiation, violating the 2013 Bidding Law.
Based on Regulation No. 102-QĐ/TW dated November 15, 2017, of the Politburo on disciplinary action against Party members who violate regulations; considering the nature, extent, harm, and causes of the violations, the City Party Committee's Inspection Committee decided to impose a reprimand on Mr. Doan Xuan Hieu.

Consider and implement disciplinary action against Mr. Vo Van Phu, member of the Party Committee Executive Board of the City Party Committee Office, and Deputy Chief of the Da Nang City Party Committee Office.
The City Party Committee's Inspection Commission reviewed the violations and shortcomings of Mr. Vo Van Phu in advising and proposing to the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee to approve the policy of awarding contracts through direct negotiation for three projects of Party agency office buildings. The City Party Committee's Inspection Commission decided to impose a reprimand on Mr. Vo Van Phu.
Consider and implement disciplinary action against Mr. Pham Van Hai, former member of the Party Committee Executive Board of the City Party Committee Office, former Deputy Chief of the Da Nang City Party Committee Office.
The City Party Committee's Inspection Commission has reviewed the violations and shortcomings of Mr. Pham Van Hai in advising and proposing to the City Party Committee Office and the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee to allocate vehicles donated by businesses that exceeded the standards and value prescribed for the position of City Party Committee leaders, violating the Party and State regulations on practicing thrift and combating waste.
The City Party Committee's Inspection Commission decided to issue a reprimand to Mr. Pham Van Hai.
