Ky Son district has transferred and appointed 6 leading and managerial officials.

(Baonghean.vn) - The positions include: Head of the Mass Mobilization Department, Chief of Office, Deputy Chief of Office, Deputy Head of the District Party Committee's Organization Department, Deputy Secretary of the Muong Ai Commune Party Committee, and Director of the District Political Training Center.

On the afternoon of April 24th, the Standing Committee of the Ky Son District Party Committee held a ceremony to announce the appointment and transfer of cadres under the management of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee. Attending the ceremony were members of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee; the Vice Chairmen of the District People's Council and People's Committee; representatives of the Party Committee of the People's Bloc; and all cadres and Party members of the District Party Committee, the District Youth Union, and the Political Training Center.

Accordingly, the following positions will be reassigned and rotated:

Comrade Pham Van Dong - Member of the District Party Committee Executive Board, Chief of the District Party Committee Office - has been transferred to work at the District Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department, holding the position of Head of the Department;

Comrade Xã Văn Lương - Member of the District Party Committee, Director of the Political Training Center - has been transferred to work at the District Party Committee Office, holding the position of Chief of Office.

Comrade Lu Quang Hung - Member of the District Party Committee, Deputy Head of the District Party Committee's Organization Department - was transferred and assigned to work in Muong Ai commune and appointed to participate in the Party Committee and Standing Committee of the Party Committee, holding the position of Deputy Secretary - Chairman of the People's Committee of Muong Ai commune for the term 2015 - 2020;

Comrade Xã Thị Xí - Member of the District Party Committee, Secretary of the District Youth Union - has been transferred to work at the District Party Committee's Organization Department, holding the position of Deputy Head of the Standing Committee.

Comrade Nguyen Dinh Thang, Deputy Director of the Political Training Center, has been appointed as Director of the District Political Training Center.

Comrade Phan Thi Ha, a specialist in the District Party Committee's Organization Department, has been transferred to work at the District Party Committee Office and appointed as Deputy Chief of the Office.

This appointment and transfer of cadres is part of the District Party Committee's Standing Committee's plan to implement Resolution No. 02-NQ/TU, dated March 15, 2016, of the Provincial Party Committee on the rotation and transfer of Party members and leading and managerial cadres in the 2016-2020 period, and Project No. 02-DA/HU, dated February 28, 2017, of the District Party Committee's Standing Committee on job positions in Party organizations, the Fatherland Front, mass organizations, and the District Political Training Center.

On behalf of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, Comrade Vi Hoè - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the District Party Committee, and Chairman of the District People's Council - congratulated and emphasized that the rotation and transfer of leading and managerial cadres aims to create opportunities for promising young cadres and female cadres; and for cadres in the planning process to receive comprehensive training, be tempered, and be tested in different practical situations.
