(Baonghean.vn) - On November 10, 2015, the Ky Son District People's Council held a meeting with the People's Councils of the communes and towns.

At the conference, delegates heard a report on the activities of the District People's Council in 2015, highlighting the effective leadership and management of the committees, delegate groups, and individual delegates, ensuring their orderly and efficient operation.The content and quality of the sessions have improved.

The two committees of the District People's Council proactively developed work programs and assigned tasks to each member. The Socio-Economic Committee conducted supervision at the Nậm Cắn, Mỹ Lý, and Hữu Kiệm national standard health stations; and supervised the implementation of socio-economic development programs in Huồi Tụ, Phà Đánh, Hữu Lập Primary School, and Chiêu Lưu. The Legal Committee conducted supervision in Keng Đu, Na Loi, Đoọc Mạy, and Bắc Lý regarding the issuance of legal documents and the results of resolving land disputes in the district.

The review meeting determined that, in order to improve the quality of supervision by People's Councils at all levels, in the coming years, People's Councils at all levels need to effectively select supervision content, develop plans, and guide the drafting of scientific and focused supervision outlines. They should also make recommendations after supervision, choose effective supervision methods, and gather information through diverse channels to ensure more complete and accurate information.
