Ky Son: More than 60 militiamen help Keng Du commune maintain traffic roads

(Baonghean.vn) - On April 23, the Military Command of Ky Son district (Nghe An) mobilized more than 60 militiamen to help people in Khe Linh village, Keng Du commune, maintain rural roads.

This is the only road from Khe Linh village to Keng Du commune People's Committee headquarters, but due to long-term use and weather effects, it has become eroded, bumpy, and seriously degraded.

Therefore, the Military Command of Ky Son district mobilized more than 60 militiamen to help local people level the severely damaged road sections and widen the landslide areas on the embankment.

After a day of active and urgent work, despite light rain and thick fog, the militia force was able to level many damaged areas on a road more than 12km long.
