Through studying the Draft Political Report submitted to the 19th Nghe An Provincial Party Congress, term 2020 - 2025, we found that the draft has proposed many feasible and progressive policies suitable to the practical situation of the province. In particular, the development ofhuman resourcesis one of the strategic solutions.

It is expected that the Provincial Party Committee will have policies to strongly develop the quantity and quality of high-quality cadres and workers to serve the development of industrial zones, especially the key industrial zones of the province. When there are appropriate mechanisms and policies, we think that the SchoolVinh Universitycan work with the province to effectively implement solutions to take care of human resources for future development.

For a long time, most of the skilled workers in the province were trained by enterprises in other provinces and cities.
