On the morning of August 13, Nghe An Provincial Police held a ceremony to posthumously award the Fatherland Protection Medal from the President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam to comrade Hoang The Thang - former police officer of Hung Tien commune, Nam Dan district, who bravely sacrificed his life in the fight against crime.
