According to plan, 24,000 officers, soldiers and vehicles in the units are ready to receive the task of overcoming the consequences of storm No. 3.

Faced with the complicated developments of storm No. 3 (Yagi) and the risk of flash floods, flash floods, and localized inundation after the storm's circulation, the Provincial Military Command has deployed many response measures to minimize damage caused by the storm.

Accordingly, the Provincial Military Command and agencies and units have disseminated to 100% of officers and soldiers the directives and plans of all levels in implementing storm prevention and control measures; organized delegations to inspect preparations and plans to be ready to carry out tasks.

The Military Commands of districts, towns and cities coordinate with functional agencies to advise local Party committees, authorities and military units stationed in the area on specific measures to prevent and combat storms and post-storm confluence, close to reality; organize forces to help people harvest crops to limit damage to people's crops, organize reinforcement of houses, warehouses, dyke systems, embankments, culverts, clear water flows, and clear trees. Organize forces to inspect areas prone to roofs being blown off, landslides, and localized flooding to take timely measures.

The standing force ensures 100% of the troops are on duty, checks the warehouse and station systems to ensure safety when there is rain or storm. The Provincial Military Command and units stationed in the area have developed a plan to be ready to mobilize nearly 24,000 officers and soldiers of the standing force, militia and self-defense forces, over 200 vehicles including cars, ships, boats and thousands of life buoys, ensuring smooth communication systems in handling situations. Agencies and units of the provincial armed forces have well prepared forces, vehicles and equipment according to the "4 on-site" motto; ready to coordinate with the support forces of the Ministry of National Defense and Military Region 4 to promptly rescue and quickly overcome the consequences of the storm, not to be passive or surprised in any situation.
