Clarifying the role of Party members and Party organizations in disseminating information on Party building work.
On the morning of August 29th, the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee and the Nghe An Journalists Association jointly organized a training course on journalism skills focusing on "How to select topics and propaganda skills for Party building work in the press." Comrade Ngo Minh Tuan, Director and Head of the Party Building Department of the Communist Magazine, delivered the specialized content.

Attending the professional training course were: Comrade Tran Quoc Khanh - Deputy Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Provincial Party Committee; Tran Minh Ngoc - Editor-in-Chief of Nghe An Newspaper, Radio and Television, Chairman of the Nghe An Journalists Association; and a large number of members, leaders, officials, reporters, and media units in Nghe An province.
The training course is an important professional activity contributing to the implementation of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee's plan on "organizing the Nghe An Journalism Award on Party building". The course also aims to improve the quality of propaganda work in press publications on Party building and the construction of a strong political system in the context of implementing a two-tiered local government and Party congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term, leading up to the 14th National Party Congress.

Accordingly, writing about Party building requires increased emphasis on political commentary and specialized analysis, based on vivid real-life experiences. Each article should clearly articulate its main points, supporting arguments, evidence (verified), and scientific explanations. Furthermore, it should utilize events and data appropriately, avoiding rambling, monotony, and a lack of focus. Television also incorporates engaging sound and visuals.
Throughout articles promoting Party building, it is necessary to clarify the role and responsibilities of Party members and Party organizations in all areas of life; demonstrating the pioneering spirit and active participation of Party members in life and society.
