In fact, there are many ways in daily life, but to be safer and more effective, I would like to introduce some ways to whiten and beautify the skin from common, easy-to-find foods.

Every day, due to the impact of sunlight, environmental pollution chemicals... have caused skin aging, affecting the beauty of the skin. Therefore, the desire to have white skin, especially for women, is legitimate. In fact, there are many ways in daily life, but to be safer and more effective, I would like to introduce some ways to whiten and beautify the skin from common, easy-to-find foods.

- Carrots and honey: Honey and carrots both contain vitamins that are beneficial for the skin such as A, E... Take a sufficient amount of carrots, wash them, crush them, then add honey and mix well until smooth (the amount of honey and carrots must be in a ratio of 1:3). Then put them in a clean cloth to apply on the skin, apply and massage for about 10 minutes (after washing the skin area you want to whiten with clean water or warm water if it's cold, then dry). Finally, wash the skin area with clean water. Do this once a day.

- Cream: Put fresh cow's milk in a pot and simmer until it forms a thin layer of cream on the surface. Remove this layer and continue to boil until no more cream appears. Mix this cream with fruit and eat or use it to wash your face.

- Black bean soup: Black beans are rich in vitamins, especially vitamin E and B. The vitamin E content in black beans is 6-7 times higher than in meat. When preparing black bean soup, choose plump, mold-free beans, wash them, and simmer them with chicken or pork soup, and eat once a day.

- Apple: The ingredients contained in apples such as vitamin C, many minerals, natural sugars and malic acid effectively nourish and moisturize the skin. The simple way is to take a few slices of apple and apply it on your face to help you have beautiful, bright skin.

- Applying luffa mask: Studies show that luffa has the effect of activating blood circulation, cooling the skin, detoxifying and whitening the skin. Take thin slices of luffa, crush them, add a little barley powder and a few spoons of clean water. Mix the above mixture well, then apply on the face for about 15 - 20 minutes. Do this 2 - 3 times/week continuously for 1 month to see the effect.
