Following the announcement of the Top 50 Miss Grand Slam 2015 list, the Global Beauties website continues to update the names of the 20 most beautiful contestants as judged by the panel. Accordingly, prominent figures from last year's competitions such as Miss Universe, Miss World, Miss International, etc., are all included in the top 20.

Every year, after the international beauty pageants conclude, the Global Beauties website begins its Miss Grand Slam voting process. Fifteen judges from various countries compile a list of 400 contestants who participated in prestigious beauty pageants in 2015, including Miss World, Miss Universe, Miss Earth, Miss International, Miss Grand International, and Miss Supranational.

Through multiple rounds of judging, the judges select the Top 10, Top 5, and finally the highest title. Miss Grand Slam is usually a beauty queen who has won a major international beauty pageant, or sometimes a runner-up or winner from a particular country.

The Miss Grand Slam award is symbolic but is considered an accurate assessment due to its rigorous scoring.
