In the latest developments of the series "The Dividing Line," Mr. Sach is not only troubled by the exposure of his wife's nephew's wrongdoing, but also faces an awkward situation due to a request from his former boss to help his son.

In the latest developments of episode 4 of the series "The Dividing Line," Mr. Sach faces increasing pressure as the Central Inspection Team is about to arrive. The situation becomes complicated as he simultaneously has to deal with information about serious misconduct by his family members and an awkward request from his former superior.
The wife's nephew's wrongdoing has been exposed.
One of the biggest problems Mr. Sach faced was the allegations against Suong, the Vice Chairman of Thuan Duong commune and also his wife's nephew. According to reports, Suong had committed numerous violations, such as misusing funds intended for building a cultural center and illegally acquiring private land, leading to disputes. The fact that this information reached Mr. Sach too late, just before the inspection, made him extremely angry.
"Why are you only reporting this to me now? The Central Committee is about to come down for an inspection, do you know that?", Mr. Sach snapped at his subordinate.
An awkward message from my former boss.
Besides his family troubles, Mr. Sach was also under pressure from a request from his former boss. This boss wanted Mr. Sach to promote his son, Van, who was currently the Director of the Land Registration Office.
"If you're interested in putting him in a slightly better position, it would bring pride to the family, but more importantly, it would give the province more young people to shoulder the responsibilities," Mr. Sach's former boss said. The position he was aiming for his son was Deputy Director of the department.
Mr. Sach explained that the personnel arrangement was very difficult because the province was implementing a plan to streamline the administrative apparatus, especially for such an important position. This situation put Mr. Sach in a difficult position, caught between old friendships and organizational principles.
