The head of the Procuratorate stated that it is possible that officials and civil servants were involved in this network, with the funds likely coming from illegal activities such as receiving gifts, securing projects through illicit means, or corruption. Thu proposed continuing cooperation with the investigative agency to verify the identities of this group, and also sought the opinion of the Central Internal Affairs Commission to conduct an internal review, especially in sensitive areas such as finance, construction, and land.

In another development, Triển is investigating issues related to the issuance of land ownership certificates to residents at the Tam Trinh real estate project.
