Spreading the image, strongly developing Cua Lo tourism brand
(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of March 1, a working delegation of Nghe An Newspaper led by Comrade Pham Thi Hong Toan - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Editor-in-Chief, had a working session with the Standing Committee of Cua Lo Town Party Committee on coordination to improve the quality of propaganda, distribution and use of Party newspapers.

On the side of Cua Lo Town, there were comrades: Nguyen Nam Dinh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Town Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council; Doan Tien Dung - Deputy Secretary of the Town Party Committee, Chairman of the Town People's Committee, and representatives of leaders of relevant departments and offices. |
In 2016, Cua Lo Town Party Committee closely coordinated with Nghe An Newspaper in disseminating information on bringing the Party's Resolution into life and the socio-economic development situation of the Town.
Over the past year, Nghe An Newspaper's publications have published dozens of articles, special topics, reflections, and propaganda on the economic, social, cultural, and tourism development fields of the coastal town, leaving a deep impression on a large number of readers.
In addition, the two sides coordinated to implement the website cualo.vn (phase 2). The items were fully completed on time as committed and transferred to Cua Lo Town for stable operation.

Regarding newspaper distribution, Cua Lo Town Party Committee has basically directed its subordinate Party Committees and Party cells to effectively implement Directive 11-CT/TW of the Politburo on purchasing and using local Party newspapers. At the time of the first quarter of 2017, the total number of Nghe An newspapers distributed in Cua Lo town reached 202 copies/issue. However, there are still some Party Committees and Party cells that have not properly implemented the Directive on purchasing and using Party newspapers.

Speaking at the meeting, Comrade Pham Thi Hong Toan - Editor-in-Chief of Nghe An Newspaper affirmed that the Newspaper will continue to closely coordinate with Cua Lo Town in propaganda work, aiming to spread the image of a strongly developing coastal town along with the "brand" of a friendly and hospitable coastal tourist town; an attractive destination for tourists.
Agree on a plan to build a propaganda framework for the Town, focusing first on the Cua Lo Tourism Festival; coordinate with the Town to change the way of publishing newspapers, flexibly adapting to customers' tastes, in order to expand the number of newspapers distributed in the area.

In the coming time, Nghe An Newspaper will organize training for the team of collaborators of the Town Radio and Television Station to improve the quality of the Cua Lo website; thereby contributing to promoting tourism of the coastal town.
Concluding the meeting, comrade Nguyen Nam Dinh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee - Secretary of Cua Lo Town Party Committee praised and highly appreciated the proactive and timely work of Nghe An Newspaper in propaganda work about the town in recent times.

He hoped that the Newspaper would continue to closely coordinate with the Town to promote the propaganda and promotion of images in the fields of Party building, economy, society, traditional culture, and tourism. In particular, focusing on propaganda about the marine environment, food safety, and tourism safety of Cua Lo; preparing the first steps, building Cua Lo coastal tourism city to soon become a type 2 city, a growth pole and spearhead of the province. Assigning the Propaganda Department of the Town Party Committee to review and effectively implement the purchase and use of Party newspapers, while continuing to improve the quality of Cua Lo's website.
To effectively carry out propaganda in the coming time, the two units will sign a coordination regulation, develop a specific propaganda plan, with focus and rich content, throughout 2017./.
