Following the launching ceremony, trade union organizations from the district to the grassroots level in Yen Thanh focused on promoting the "Excellent Worker, Creative Worker" emulation movement, improving productivity, quality, and efficiency, successfully completing production and business tasks, ensuring occupational safety and hygiene, paying attention to the prevention and control of the Covid-19 pandemic; caring for the material and spiritual lives of workers; accompanying workers by mobilizing funds to build "Trade Union Shelters"; visiting and giving gifts to poor union members and workers with difficult circumstances; providing health check-ups for workers; effectively implementing the union member welfare program, the "75,000 Innovative Experiences" program, and commending exemplary worker families...

This year's Workers' MonthDue to the complex developments of the Covid-19 pandemic, many activities could not be organized as planned. Nevertheless, by focusing on program quality rather than scale, the Workers' Month organized by the Yen Thanh District Labor Union still "scored points" in the hearts of workers and laborers, especially the "Commendation" program.exemplary working-class families"With the commendation organized by clusters, 100% of the grassroots trade unions under the Yen Thanh District Labor Federation participated in this meaningful program. With a spirit of responsibility and impartiality, the District Labor Federation surveyed and selected exemplary workers, civil servants, and laborers who performed their professional duties well, achieved high results in labor and production activities, improved science and technology, set examples in building happy homes, and contributed to helping and sharing with the community... Accordingly, across 5 emulation clusters, the District Labor Federation awarded Certificates of Commendation to 140 exemplary families in the district."

These are examples of people like Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoa, a teacher at Dai Minh Secondary School. In a multi-generational family, she and her husband care for their elderly grandparents and infirm relatives, while simultaneously educating and guiding their children to excel in their studies and fulfilling their professional duties with excellence. Or consider Ms. Nguyen Thi Dao, a teacher at Phuc Thanh Primary School. Her husband passed away when their first child was only 8 years old, leaving her to care for her parents-in-law and two young children alone on a meager contract salary. Each time hardship struck – her father-in-law's serious illness, her mother-in-law's hospitalizations, her children's illnesses – she would wipe away her tears and persevere. After 15 years of dedicated work, Ms. Dao was offered a permanent contract, providing stability for her parents-in-law and ensuring her two children consistently achieve excellent academic results.

At these commendation ceremonies, many people couldn't hide their emotions, breaking down in tears as they listened to the specific stories of the union members. Faced with adversity, these workers and employees chose to stand up, stronger than ever, to overcome challenges. Sharing her feelings after the "Commendation Program for Exemplary Workers and Employees' Families" in Emulation Cluster No. 4, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoa couldn't hide her emotion: "I am truly grateful to the trade union organization for creating such a meaningful and humane program. This is an opportunity for us workers to share, understand each other better, interact, learn from each other, and strive even harder together in the future."

Sharing his thoughts on this, Mr. Nguyen Duc Hong, Chairman of the Yen Thanh District Labor Union, said: “The district's labor union activities always closely adhere to the goals of the Party's Resolution and the resolutions and work programs of higher-level labor unions. We regularly seek the leadership of the Provincial Labor Union, the close guidance of Party committees at all levels, and build cooperative relationships with the government, professional departments, and organizations within the political system of various sectors and organizations to fulfill our assigned tasks. Besides the function of caring for the lives and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of workers, the District Labor Union always considers propaganda work as one of the important factors.”

This dissemination not only benefits workers and enhances the image of businesses but is also recognized by local authorities, agencies, and departments, creating favorable conditions for the union's future activities.
