In Lang Son, approximately 400 multiple-choice test papers from candidates needed to be checked and corrected, and about 100 test papers had candidates incorrectly marking the test code or registration number.
To date, universities have finished grading the multiple-choice exams of the 2019 National High School Graduation Examination in all localities.
The head of the multiple-choice exam grading committee in Lang Son province said that this year, Hanoi University of Education will be grading the multiple-choice exams in the province.

The school mobilized 16 staff and lecturers to Lang Son to grade nearly 25,000 multiple-choice exams in subjects such as Mathematics, Foreign Languages, and subjects in the Natural Sciences and Social Sciences groups.
During the grading process, approximately 100 exam papers were found to have candidates incorrectly marking the exam code or registration number. In addition, up to 400 papers had faint or double markings due to candidates marking the wrong answer for a later question over an earlier one, or marking two answers for a single question without erasing the first one. Furthermore, some candidates marked the second answer very darkly but did not completely erase the first, resulting in faint or smudged marks.
According to Mr. Xuan Thu, all these mistakes made by the candidates are normal, not unusual. There were no unusual incidents during the marking of the multiple-choice test in Lang Son province.
To ensure the rights of the candidates, the grading software recommended reviewing the aforementioned exam papers. Therefore, the Multiple Choice Grading Committee of Hanoi Pedagogical University has thoroughly checked and corrected all of those exam papers.
