Party and State leaders visit Uncle Ho's Mausoleum on National Day anniversary
On the morning of September 1, the delegation of the Party Central Committee, the President, the National Assembly, the Government, and the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front laid flowers and visited the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum.

Attending the ceremony were General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong; former General Secretaries Le Kha Phieu and Nong Duc Manh; President Tran Dai Quang; former President Nguyen Minh Triet; Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc; National Assembly Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan; former National Assembly Chairmen Nguyen Van An and Nguyen Sinh Hung; and Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Tran Thanh Man.
Party and State leaders, former Party and State leaders; Politburo members, Party Central Committee Secretaries, National Assembly Vice Chairmen, Deputy Prime Ministers; revolutionary veterans and leaders of central departments, ministries, branches and organizations attended the funeral ceremony.
The delegation's wreath bears the inscription "Forever grateful to the great President Ho Chi Minh."
With infinite gratitude, the delegation respectfully commemorated the great contributions of President Ho Chi Minh, the great leader, beloved teacher of the Party and the nation. He sacrificed his whole life for the cause of national liberation, national reunification, and building an independent and unified Vietnam.
Currently, our entire Party, people and army are implementing Directive 05-CT/TW of the Politburo on "Promoting studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle" in conjunction with Resolution 4 of the 12th Central Committee on strengthening Party building and rectification; preventing and repelling the degradation of political ideology, morality, lifestyle, and manifestations of "self-evolution" and "self-transformation" within the Party.
The entire Party, the entire army and the entire Vietnamese people are determined to persevere on the path President Ho Chi Minh chose, and to creatively apply his thoughts to bring the revolutionary cause he left behind to new heights, on par with the world powers.

Next, the delegation of the Party Central Committee, the President, the National Assembly, the Government, and the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front laid wreaths and paid tribute to the heroic martyrs at the Martyrs' Monument, Bac Son Street, Hanoi.
The delegation bowed in memory of the heroic martyrs - the nation's outstanding sons who did not spare their blood and bones, bravely fought and sacrificed for the cause of national liberation, for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland, for the happiness of the people. The delegation's wreath bore the inscription "Forever grateful to the heroic martyrs."
On the same day, delegations from the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense, the Central Public Security Party Committee and the Ministry of Public Security, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Hanoi City Party Committee, the Hanoi People's Committee, the Diplomatic Corps, the Steering Committee for Coordination of Activities of the Ba Dinh Historical-Cultural Relic Cluster... came to lay wreaths and visit President Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum; lay wreaths and commemorate the heroic martyrs at the Heroic Martyrs' Monument./.
