Leaders of Thai Hoa town hold dialogue with workers.

Attending the program were members of the Provincial Party Committee: Kha Van Tam - Chairman of the Provincial Labor Union; Pham Tuan Vinh - Secretary of the Thai Hoa Town Party Committee, along with representatives from the Provincial Labor Union's departments, leaders of the People's Council, People's Committee, and Labor Union of Thai Hoa town, and a large number of workers and employees in the town.

Previously, with the theme for 2021 "Unity, Creativity, Overcoming Difficulties and Development", the Vietnam General Confederation of LaborThai Hoa townThey proactively surveyed the actual needs and aspirations of workers in order to develop content and activities for Workers' Month to care for and protect the legitimate rights and interests of workers.

During this dialogue program, many workers expressed their thoughts, aspirations, concerns, and difficulties to the leadership at various levels. Some issues that received much attention from the workers included: the signing of contracts with childcare providers at preschools; the allowance system for part-time officials at the commune and ward levels; a request to install traffic signs and traffic lights on the roads in the Nghia My commune industrial zone; solutions to help businesses quickly obtain land for the construction and investment of factories and workshops; financial support for part-time union teachers in public educational institutions within the national education system in the town; and improving the quality of meals provided at businesses...

The event provides an opportunity for the heads of local Party committees and government to...Listen to their thoughts and wishes.These are the opinions and suggestions of workers and employees over the past period. In response to the workers' opinions, the leaders of the Thai Hoa Town Party Committee, People's Committee, and Labor Union have had frank discussions and provided specific answers to each issue.

Also on this occasion, the Organizing Committee commended and honored 10 directors of "Enterprises for Workers" and recognized 10 outstanding initiatives among more than 200 initiatives submitted by workers in the area to participate in the "75,000 Initiatives for Overcoming Difficulties and Development" program.
