Provincial leaders extend Christmas greetings at Cau Ram Parish.
(Baonghean.vn) - Comrade Le Hong Vinh, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, expressed his wish that the priests, dignitaries, and officials of the Cau Ram parish (Vinh City) continue to encourage parishioners to boost production and business, making more contributions to socio-economic development.
On December 21st, a delegation from the Provincial Party Committee, Provincial People's Council, Provincial People's Committee, and Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, led by Comrade Le Hong Vinh - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, visited and extended Christmas greetings to the Cau Ram Parish in Cua Nam Ward (Vinh City).
Accompanying her were Comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee; and representatives from the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, the Provincial People's Committee Office, the Provincial Military Command, the Provincial Border Guard Command, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, the Department of Construction, and the Religious Affairs Department - Department of Internal Affairs.

Give a beautiful bouquet of fresh flowers.Merry ChristmasOn behalf of the provincial leadership, Comrade Le Hong Vinh extended his best wishes to the priests, dignitaries, officials, and the entire Catholic community of Cau Ram Deanery for a peaceful, happy, and blessed Christmas. He affirmed that Cau Ram Deanery in general, and Cau Ram Parish in particular, hold an important position on the religious map of the province due to their long history of formation and development, as well as their contributions to the economic, cultural, and social development of the area.
The Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also happily informed the priests, dignitaries, and officials of the Cau Ram Parish about some of the province's socio-economic development results. In 2020, along with the rest of the country, Nghe An was affected by the Covid-19 pandemic and natural disasters such as drought, forest fires, and floods. These factors negatively impacted various aspects of socio-economic life, causing many difficulties for the people.

However, thanks to the diligent leadership and management of Party committees and authorities at all levels, and the unity and creativity of all sectors of the population, Nghe An province has gradually overcome difficulties and challenges. This is due to the decisive and unified efforts in prevention and control.Covid-19 pandemicIn particular, thanks to effective social distancing and centralized quarantine for those returning from epidemic areas, and strict border control, there have been no cases of Covid-19 infection.
Production and business activities were maintained, and basic aspects of life remained stable, creating favorable conditions for reasonable growth. Nghe An was assessed as one of the 19 provinces and cities with good growth in 2020, creating a favorable momentum for development in the following years.
