On behalf of the delegation, the Acting Secretary and Governor of Xieng Khouang Province sincerely thanked the Nghe An Border Guard for its assistance over the years in training specialized border protection officers for Xieng Khouang Province, providing spiritual and material support to the Lao ethnic minority communities along the border, coordinating with other forces to ensure security and order along the border, and effectively combating various types of crime, especially drug-related crimes.

The leaders of Xieng Khouang province expressed their hope that the Nghe An Border Guard Command would continue to provide training and professional support to the border protection forces of Xieng Khouang province, and that they would exchange relevant information and information to build a peaceful and friendly border between the two countries and the two provinces of Xieng Khouang and Nghe An, making it increasingly sustainable.

Receiving the delegation, Colonel Tran Hai Binh, member of the Provincial Party Committee and Commander of the Nghe An Border Guard, expressed gratitude for the attention of the leaders, people, and armed forces of Xieng Khouang province. He also affirmed that in the coming time, the functional forces of the two provinces will continue to strengthen the solidarity and cooperation in combating and preventing all types of crime, maintaining security, order, and social safety in the border area, contributing to building the special friendship between the two provinces and the two states of Vietnam and Laos.
