Created 300 black websites to illegally profit tens of billions of dong
The subjects were part of a network that disseminated obscene cultural products, created and managed nearly 300 pornographic websites that attracted a large number of visitors, thereby making money from advertising activities and illegally profiting tens of billions of dong.
The Investigation Security Agency of Tuyen Quang Province Police has just issued a decision to prosecute and temporarily detain 5 subjects, including: Tran Tan, born in 1999, residing in Quang Trung Commune, Bac Ninh Province; Nguyen Van Tuan, born in 1994, residing in Thu Lam Commune, Hanoi City; Nguyen Duc Hong, born in 2005, residing in Thong Nhat Ward, Phu Tho Province; Duong Van Thang, born in 1992 and Duong Van Khuong, born in 1990, both residing in Kha Son Commune, Thai Nguyen Province.

These are subjects in a network of disseminating obscene cultural products, creating and managing nearly 300 pornographic websites led by Vu Van Thin (born 1988, residing in Thai Nguyen province) and were prosecuted by the Investigation Security Agency, Tuyen Quang Provincial Police on July 9, 2025.
The method of these subjects is to take advantage of the internet and electronic, high-tech means to post videos with obscene and pornographic content on hundreds of websites, in order to attract a large number of visitors, thereby making money from advertising activities for websites and online gambling applications, illegally earning tens of billions of dong.
The behavior of these subjects is determined to be especially dangerous to society, because the dissemination of obscene cultural products seriously violates good customs and social ethics, negatively affecting the awareness and lifestyle of young people, especially minors.
Currently, the Investigation Security Agency of Tuyen Quang Provincial Police is continuing to investigate and expand the case to strictly handle related subjects according to the provisions of law.
