Book launch and release ceremony by General Secretary To Lam
This book is a valuable document that vividly reflects the achievements and historical lessons learned by the Party in leading the cause of building and defending the Fatherland in general, protecting national security, and ensuring social order and safety in particular; meeting the urgent demands of building socialism and firmly defending the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in the new era of development - the era of the Vietnamese nation's rise.
On the afternoon of February 3rd, in Hanoi, the Ministry of Public Security, in coordination with the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, the Central Party Office, and the Ho Chi Minh National Political Academy, organized a ceremony to introduce and release the book "Absolute Loyalty to the Fatherland, the Party, the State, and the People - The Shining Character of a Revolutionary Police Officer" by General, Professor, and Doctor To Lam - General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam.
This is a practical activity to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2025); towards the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam, now the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025), and the 80th anniversary of the heroic tradition of the Vietnam People's Public Security Force (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025); contributing to promoting the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 13th National Congress and the Resolutions of the Central Committee Meetings of the Communist Party of Vietnam.

Phát biểu tại buổi lễ, Đại tướng Lương Tam Quang cho rằng, cuốn sách không chỉ là một tư liệu quý mà còn thể hiện rõ nét những tư tưởng lớn, tầm nhìn sâu rộng, bổ sung và phát triển nhận thức, tư duy lý luận của Đảng về bảo vệ an ninh trật tự.
Theo Bộ trưởng Công an, trong mối quan hệ với chính trị, kinh tế, văn hóa, xã hội, quốc phòng và đối ngoại của đất nước, cuốn sách là kim chỉ nam, định hướng cho toàn diện Công an nhân dân trong chiến đấu và xây dựng lực lượng những năm tiếp theo.

Đây cũng là nhiệm vụ cho cấp ủy, chính quyền địa phương các cấp trong lãnh đạo, quản lý công tác bảo vệ an ninh, trật tự, động viên, khích lệ, khơi dậy tinh thần yêu nước, hướng dẫn quần chúng nhân dân tích cực tham gia vào sự nghiệp bảo vệ Tổ quốc nói chung, sự nghiệp bảo vệ an ninh, trật tự nói riêng.
Để lan tỏa sâu nội dung cuốn sách, Bộ trưởng Lương Tam Quang đề nghị cấp ủy, lãnh đạo, chỉ huy Công an các cấp quan tâm để tuyên truyền, phổ biến nội dung cuốn sách.
Ban Tuyên giáo và Dân vận Trung ương, Văn phòng Trung ương Đảng, Học viện Chính trị Quốc gia Hồ Chí Minh, các nhà lý luận có hình thức tuyên truyền, phổ biến về nội dung cuốn sách, lan tỏa mạnh mẽ trong hệ thống chính trị và toàn dân, phát huy cao nhất giá trị cuốn sách đối với sự nghiệp xây dựng và bảo vệ Tổ quốc.

Trước đó, Bộ Công an đã chủ trì, phối hợp Ban Tuyên giáo và Dân vận Trung ương, Văn phòng Trung ương Đảng, Học viện Chính trị Quốc gia Hồ Chí Minh tổ chức họp báo giới thiệu cuốn sách.
Accordingly, the book, comprising 766 pages, includes 80 articles, speeches, and interview responses selected from over 500 submissions, along with 71 photographs vividly reflecting Comrade To Lam's visits and work at police units, localities, and grassroots levels during his tenure as Secretary of the Central Party Committee of the Public Security Ministry and Minister of Public Security.
Deputy Minister of Public Security Le Quoc Hung affirmed: The book reflects the author's consistent thinking in creatively applying, developing, and protecting Marxism-Leninism, Ho Chi Minh Thought, the Party's guidelines and policies, and the State's laws and regulations in the cause of protecting national security, ensuring social order and safety, building a truly clean, strong, regular, elite, and modern People's Public Security force, closely linked to national defense and foreign affairs, effectively serving the cause of the country's socio-economic and cultural development, proactively and actively integrating into the international community, building national unity, and continuously enhancing Vietnam's position and prestige in the international arena.
The book also makes a significant contribution to improving the effectiveness of political and ideological education, helping cadres, Party members, soldiers, and the people to better understand Marxism-Leninism, Ho Chi Minh Thought, the Party's guidelines, policies, and viewpoints, and the State's laws and regulations on national security and social order.
This provides a rich source of materials and a system of scientific arguments to guide research, theoretical development, practical summation, education and training of cadres, and the education of the glorious revolutionary heroic traditions of the Vietnam People's Public Security Force. Above all, it demonstrates Comrade To Lam's responsibility, dedication, and devotion to the country and people for the cause of building and firmly defending the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in the new era.
