The 2020 "Street Music Festival" program aims to promote the pioneering spirit of Nghe An's youth in building cultural and artistic life, contributing to conveying emotions, nurturing aspirations and ideals, and spreading the values ​​of truth, goodness, and beauty.

The festival also contributes to creating a creative environment and space for artists and music lovers, especially young people, promoting the preservation and development of artistic values; and showcasing the beautiful, friendly, and culturally rich image of Nghe An province and its people.
