The 2026 Bauhinia Flower Festival will officially open on the evening of March 8th at the Dien Bien Provincial Stadium, kicking off a series of unique cultural and tourism activities lasting from March 6th to March 12th, 2026.

Held annually during the peak blooming season of the Bauhinia flower, the festival is not only an occasion to celebrate the beauty of nature but also closely associated with the historical milestone of the Dien Bien Phu Campaign (March 13, 1954). It is identified as a key event aimed at extensively promoting the image, resources, and unique tourism products of the locality to domestic and international tourists.
