On the morning of March 20th, at Thanh Tung Secondary School in Bich Hao commune, the Vietnam Red Cross Central Committee, in collaboration with P&G, organized a ceremony to commemorate World Water Day (March 22nd).

With the theme "Water and Gender Equality," this year's event emphasizes the crucial role of women in managing and protecting water resources, while affirming that access to clean water is a fundamental human right for sustainable development.

The highlight of the program was the demonstration on using P&G water purification powder. This is a simple yet effective technological solution that helps transform contaminated water into safe drinking water in emergency situations such as storms, floods, and natural disasters.

As part of the "Clean Drinking Water for the Community" project, more than 2 million water purification packets have been distributed to date. In Nghe An province alone, over 1,700 boxes of water purification powder have reached residents, helping them proactively cope with the shortage of clean water during the rainy season and floods.
