It is known that Le Phuong and Quy Binh were together for eight years during their youth. After breaking up, they maintained a good friendship and continued to support each other in film projects. When Quy Binh fell ill and went to Hoc Mon to recuperate, Le Phuong still visited him regularly. On the day of his funeral and the ceremony of scattering his ashes at sea, the actress, along with her husband and son, were all present.

Meritorious Artist Quy Binh passed away on March 6, 2025, at the age of 42. According to his wishes, after cremation at Long Tho Tower (Cu Chi District), his ashes were scattered into the sea off Can Gio after the 49-day memorial service.
