Appointment of 2 Deputy Ministers of Public Security and some personnel of the Ministry of National Defense

The Prime Minister has just issued personnel decisions to appoint two Deputy Ministers of Public Security; and to appoint leaders of the Air Defense - Air Force Command and the Coast Guard Command, under the Ministry of National Defense.
