Young midfielder Le Van Thuan has officially confirmed his departure from Dong A Thanh Hoa FC immediately after returning from the 2026 AFC U23 Asian Championship with the Vietnam U23 team. The 2006-born player's new destination is Ninh Binh FC, a club currently boasting many promising stars of Vietnamese football.

The decision to leave marks the end of nearly a decade-long journey for Le Van Thuan with his hometown team. Joining the Thanh Hoa youth academy at the age of 10, the midfielder experienced a full range of emotions during his nine years of training and playing. From serious injuries that threatened his career to the moments of breathing the V.League air and wearing the national team jersey at various levels, Van Thuan always considered Thanh Hoa the greatest cradle that helped him grow.

In his farewell letter, Van Thuan emotionally shared:"Nine years have passed, and I've grown up here – both in football and in life. From my first training sessions, through injuries that almost made me give up, to the day I got to play in the V.League... everything is connected to Thanh Hoa."
