Using a Facebook account named "Nguyễn Hà Giang" on social media, she posted false information about tragic circumstances to solicit charitable donations, transferring money to two bank accounts under her own name, and then misappropriating the funds.

The investigation determined that, between June 2024 and November 2024, the defendant Nguyen Ha Giang used a Facebook account named "Nguyen Ha Giang" to continuously post false information soliciting charitable donations, encouraging people to transfer money to MB Bank account number 0388837329 and Techcombank account number 19073293968010, both under the name Nguyen Ha Giang, and then misappropriated the funds.
