Tourist tent mysteriously catches fire in Nghe An
(Baonghean.vn)- In the evening, a row of tents and shops serving tourists in the eco-tourism area on Giang River suddenly burned down for unknown reasons.
On April 24, Mr. Luong Van Tuan - Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Mon Son Commune (Con Cuong) said: The government is coordinating with the Border Guard Station and Con Cuong District Police to investigate and verify the incident of a restaurant serving tourists burned down at the beach on Giang River.

The three tents and stalls that were burned down all belonged to the family of Ms. Nguyet Thuy and her husband in Lang Xieng village, Mon Son commune, about 6km from Pha Lai dam. This is a restaurant that has been serving tourists on Giang river boats for over 3 years. Ms. Nguyet's husband, Mr. Thuy, is a boat driver serving tourists.

Ms. Nguyet recounted: At dusk on April 23, when preparing enough food to serve the meals that tourists had booked in advance, the couple took a boat back to the market near their house to get more food. After more than an hour, they returned and all three tents (built with materials such as straw, bamboo, and reeds) burst into flames and were completely burned down in a short time.
