The Vietnam Electricity Corporation (EVN) has announced a plan to temporarily suspend electricity supply in several areas of Hai Phong from June 22nd to June 28th for grid maintenance and upgrades.
According to the power system operation plan, from June 22nd to June 28th, 2026, many areas in Hai Phong will experience rotational power outages. These power cuts are intended to facilitate routine testing, repair, and maintenance of the medium and low voltage power grid system to ensure safe operation.

The Thuy Nguyen area in Hai Phong has scheduled scattered power outages from the beginning of the week until June 25th:
- June 22nd:Power will be cut at Kinh Trieu 2, Kinh Trieu 3, Nhan Ly 6 substations, Tan Duong booster water plant and Ngu Lao water plant from 06:00 to 12:00.

Kien An and An Duong are two areas experiencing a relatively high frequency of power outages this week due to infrastructure upgrades.
Kien An area, Hai Phong
In Kien An Ward and Phu Lien Ward, electricity will be temporarily cut off at various times from June 22nd to June 27th. Notably, on June 23rd, many areas in Phu Lien Ward may experience power outages lasting from 5:30 AM to 4:30 PM. On June 26th and 27th, power cuts will continue in these areas, lasting until 3:00 PM or 4:00 PM.
An Duong area, Hai Phong
The power outage schedule in An Duong focuses on industrial and residential substations:
- June 22nd - June 24th:Power outage at Phung Duong, Ngo Duong, Nuoc Vat Cach, Son Hai Phong, Vi Tech, Hong Ha Investment Company, Minh Kha, Kieu Dong, Hai Dong, Le Hong Phong, Ha Do, Ho Dong and Tan Tien substations.
- June 26th:The Dang Cuong, Phuc Van, Quoc Tuan 5 branch areas and Nhu Kieu 6 substation will experience a power outage from 06:30 to 11:30.

- Tien Lang, Hai Phong:On June 25th and 26th, there were power outages in Khoi Nghia Village, Tu Cuong Village, Tien Lang Village, and Duyen Lao Village (mainly in the morning).
- An Lão, Hai Phong:On June 22nd, there was a power outage in An Quang commune; on June 25th, there were power outages in An Hung, An Lao, An Quang, and An Khanh communes; and on June 26th, in An Quang commune.
- Hong Bang District, Hai Phong City:Power will be cut from June 23rd to June 26th in areas such as Bach Dang, Ha Ly, Cao Thang, the City Post Office, So Dau Industrial Zone, and the City Convention Center.
- Vinh Bao, Hai Phong:On June 22nd, there was a power outage in Vinh Bao, Vinh Hoa, Vinh Thinh, Viet Tien, and Dung Tien communes. On June 23rd and 24th, there was a power outage at Tien Phong and Hung Tien substations.
