Thuy Nguyen area, Hai Phong
May 6th, 2026: From 6:00 to 8:00 AM in Bach Dang Ward.
Tien Lang area, Hai Phong
- May 5, 2026:
- From 7:00 - 7:10: Hung Thang Commune.
- From 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM: Don Hamlet, Kim Hamlet, Dong Dau Village.
- From 15:45 - 16:00: Hung Thang Commune.
- May 6, 2026:
- From 6:00 - 7:00 and 16:00 - 17:00: Hung Thang Commune.
- From 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM: Chu Khe Village, Duong Ao.
- From 14:00 - 16:00: TBA Nguyen Thi To Hoai.
Kien An area, Hai Phong
On May 5th, 2026: Power will be temporarily suspended in Kien An Ward during the following times: 7:00 - 9:00, 9:30 - 11:30, 13:30 - 15:30, and 16:00 - 17:30.
An Lão area, Hai Phong
- May 4th, 2026: From 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM at Minh Khai 1 Substation - An Khanh Commune.
- May 5th, 2026: From 4:00 - 5:00 and 17:00 - 18:00 (Part of An Lao Commune); 8:00 - 14:00 (People's Committee Substation); 8:00 - 12:00 (Town 4 Substation).
- May 6, 2026: From 4:00 AM to 6:00 PM in a part of An Lao Commune.
An Duong area, Hai Phong
- May 5th, 2026: Rotating power outages at Do Nha Pumping Station, An Hung Ho Pumping Station, Trai Kenh Pumping Station, Tan Tien Pumping Station and Hong Ha Town Center from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
- May 6, 2026: An Hong 1, DT Hong Ha M2, NN Phi Xa 1 and An Dong 2 substations will be out of service from 7:45 to 15:00.

In Hai Duong province, the Cam Giang area has experienced prolonged power outages lasting several days, while areas such as Thanh Mien, Tu Ky, Ninh Giang, and Binh Giang currently have no plans for power interruptions.

- May 5th, 2026: From 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM at Cam Dien Residential Area Substation and Mau Tai Substation.
- May 6th, 2026: From 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Vu Xa 2 Substation; from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Thuong Khuong Substation.
- May 7th, 2026: From 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Hoang Gia Substation; from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Phu Loc F Substation.
