Schedule for announcing benchmark scores of Hanoi University of Industry

According to the plan of the Ministry of Education and Training, from August 13 to 5 p.m. on August 20, universities will upload candidates' admission data to the system, including high school graduation exam scores, results of separate exams and academic records. At the same time, the Ministry of Education and Training will process the data to determine the highest wish that candidates are eligible to be admitted.

At exactly 5pm on August 20, training institutions will enter the admission scores, admission results and final review. From the afternoon of the same day, schools can announce the benchmark scores and at the latest by 5pm on August 22.

According to Dr. Than Thanh Son, Head of Training Department, the average score of the school's main admission combinations such as A00, A01, D01 decreased by about 1 - 1.5 points compared to 2024. The number of candidates achieving 22 - 26 points also decreased sharply, although this has been the school's common standard score range in recent years.

However, with the new admission regulations, the conversion scores between methods are calculated equivalently, so many majors and training programs are expected to maintain stable benchmark scores.

The D01 majors in the Business Management, Tourism, and Hospitality groups may see a slight decrease. Some “hot” majors such as Control and Automation Engineering Technology and Logistics are predicted to have the highest benchmark score, around 26 points, equivalent to 2024.
