According to the plan of the Ministry of Education and Training, from August 13th to 5 PM on August 20th, universities will upload candidates' admission data to the system, including high school graduation exam scores, results of individual exams, and academic transcripts. At the same time, the Ministry of Education and Training will process the data to determine the highest-ranked application that candidates are eligible for.
At exactly 5 PM on August 20th, educational institutions will enter the admission scores, selection results, and conduct a final review. From the afternoon of the same day, schools can announce the cut-off scores, and no later than 5 PM on August 22nd.
Hanoi University of Industry is expected to announce the admission scores on the afternoon of August 20th.

According to Dr. Than Thanh Son, Head of the Training Department, the average score for the school's main admission combinations such as A00, A01, and D01 decreased by about 1-1.5 points compared to 2024. The number of candidates achieving scores of 22-26 points also decreased sharply, even though this was the common cutoff score range for the school in recent years.
However, with the new admission regulations, the converted scores between different methods are considered equivalent, so many majors and training programs are expected to maintain stable cut-off scores.
Majors in the D01 group, including Business Management, Tourism, and Hospitality, may see a slight decrease in admission scores. Some "hot" majors such as Control and Automation Engineering Technology and Logistics are predicted to reach the highest cut-off scores, around 26 points, similar to 2024.
