The University of Transport has released a provisional schedule for announcing the admission cutoff scores for 2025.

According to the plan of the Ministry of Education and Training, from August 13th to 5 PM on August 20th, universities will upload candidates' admission data to the system, including high school graduation exam scores, results of individual exams, and academic transcripts. The Ministry will then process the data to determine the highest-ranked university that candidates are eligible to be admitted to.

At exactly 5 PM on August 20th, educational institutions will enter the admission scores, review them, and prepare to announce the results of the first round of admissions. Schools can begin announcing the cut-off scores as early as the afternoon of August 20th, and no later than 5 PM on August 22nd.

The University of Transport and Communications is expected to announce the admission scores on the afternoon of August 20th.

According to school representatives, the majors with the highest entrance scores in previous years, such as Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Automotive Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, and Mechatronics Engineering, are expected to remain stable, at around 25.5 to nearly 27 points. If there is a decrease, it will be minimal.

For most other majors, the cutoff scores may decrease by about 0.5–1 point compared to last year, ranging from 22–24 points. The lowest score is expected to remain at 20 points, applicable to majors such as Civil Engineering for Transportation and Civil Engineering for Hydraulics.
