This activity aims to assist traffic participants in completing the necessary procedures according to the law after losing all points on the management system.

Time and location of the examination
According to the authorities, the inspection will be conducted regularly at 8:00 AM on Tuesdays and Thursdays (excluding public holidays). This driver's license point restoration inspection program will run from June 20, 2026 to July 19, 2026.
Location for receiving applications and conducting examinations:Headquarters of the Motor Vehicle Driving License Examination and Issuance Team - Traffic Police Department, Hanoi City Police.

Regulations and procedures for test takers

- Original Citizen Identity Card and Driver's License.
- For Vietnamese nationals who do not yet have citizenship: Bring your Identity Card.
- For foreigners: A valid Permanent Residence Card or Temporary Residence Card is required.
Notably, to promote administrative reform, for cases where personal information has been fully integrated into the electronic Citizen Identity Card, the system will automatically cross-check the data.
