The organizers stated that a total of nearly 10,000 fireworks were used, including approximately 4,600 high-altitude fireworks, 950 fountains, and over 4,400 pyrotechnic fireworks tubes. The number of high-altitude fireworks alone increased nearly sevenfold compared to previous annual events.
The fireworks display was designed to closely follow the overall script of the artistic program, seamlessly integrating music, lighting, and stage effects.
Regarding the setup, the pyrotechnic fireworks display was installed for the first time directly on the roof and on both sides of Stand B of the My Dinh National Stadium, following an arc-shaped terrain to increase the spread of the effect.
Meanwhile, the high-altitude fireworks display was set up stretching from the middle of Le Duc Tho Street, past the clock tower, to the open space in front of the Aquatic Sports Palace.
Beyond the final fireworks display, pyrotechnic displays are integrated into various performances throughout the show, combining music, lasers, modern lighting, and stage effects. The program also utilizes 3D mapping technology, a multi-layered stage, and a system of over 3,000 m² of mobile LED screens, promising a spectacular and emotionally rich performance experience for the audience.
