| The delegation visited Zone C, Nam Cam Industrial Park, to learn about the process and procedures for investing in Nghe An. Investors in Nam Cam Industrial Park are currently exempted from land tax and corporate income tax of 10% for the first 11 years and completely exempted for the next 4 years. |

| Next, the delegation visited Cua Lo port - which is being invested in upgrading and expanding for large tonnage ships, improving cargo loading and unloading capacity, creating conditions to promote import and export activities. |
