The Labor Union launched the 2021 Workers' Month in Nghia Dan.

Attending the ceremony were Comrade Kha Van Tam – Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Labor Union; Comrade Hoang Thi Thu Trang - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Nghia Dan District Party Committee; Comrade Vo Tien Sy - Chairman of the District People's Committee and a large number of workers and laborers.

Following the opening ceremony and launch of "Workers' Month," on behalf of the union members and workers in the district, Mr. Dao Cong Duong – a worker from Mega Plastic Additives Joint Stock Company – gave a speech, expressing his determination to successfully implement the activities associated with the theme.Workers' Month 2021“Unity, creativity, overcoming difficulties, aspiration, development”, Occupational Safety and Health Month theme: “Strengthening the assessment and control of occupational safety and health risks and the participation of safety and health officers”; Strictly comply with regulations on measuresCOVID-19 prevention and controlProactively and effectively implement solutions applying Industry 4.0 technology in assessing and controlling occupational safety and health risks at the workplace; Effectively carry out emulation movements, focusing on the "excellent worker, creative worker" movement, linked to studying and following the moral example of Ho Chi Minh; Encourage workers to implement technical improvements, enhance productivity, quality, and work efficiency, ensure occupational safety and health, and cooperate in building harmonious labor relations within enterprises...

During Workers' Month 2021, the District Labor Union, in coordination with the district government, departments, and organizations, presented 112 gifts to disadvantaged workers, each gift worth 500,000 VND.

Also on this occasion, local authorities and organizations in the district joined hands with the trade union to care for, visit, and encourage union members and workers in difficult circumstances with meaningful gifts. Specifically, the District Fatherland Front provided 5 gifts, the District Women's Union provided 4 gifts, the District Youth Union provided 4 gifts, the District Post Office provided 4 gifts, and the District Social Insurance Office provided 2 gifts.

Immediately following the launch ceremony of "Workers' Month" was the opening ceremony of the women's volleyball tournament for workers from enterprises at the District Cultural, Sports and Information Center.
