Linking tourism development between Nghe An and the Central Highlands provinces
(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of August 29, in Vinh City, Nghe An Department of Tourism organized a seminar on tourism development cooperation between Nghe An and the Central Highlands provinces. Attending were representatives of the Department of Tourism, Tourism Association, travel agencies of Nghe An and 3 provinces: Gia Lai, Dak Lak and Kon Tum.
At the seminar, delegates assessed the potential, advantages for development and tourism connection between Nghe An province and the Central Highlands provinces.

Accordingly, Nghe An's natural resources are quite diverse, with many rich types of tourism such as sea tourism, community tourism, spiritual tourism... Recently, the province has been promoting investment in developing facilities, infrastructure and new tourism products.
In particular, Vinh International Airport has expanded its connections with many key tourism markets across the country such as: Vinh - Nha Trang, Vinh - Buon Ma Thuot, Vinh - Pleiku... The province has also promoted tourism development cooperation activities with a number of provinces, cities and businesses such as: Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, Lam Dong and the Central Highlands provinces...
Before the seminar, delegates from the Central Highlands had 3 days to survey routes and tourist attractions of the sea, culture and history in Vinh City, Cua Lo Town, Nam Dan, Dien Chau, Do Luong, etc. In general, managers and tourism businesses in the Central Highlands highly appreciated the potential and the way of doing tourism in Nghe An. Along with that were suggestions and wishes for Nghe An tourism to better meet the increasing needs and tastes of tourists.
On that basis, at the seminar, delegates from the provinces frankly raised many existing problems and difficulties in reality and discussed solutions. At the same time, they discussed connecting suitable tour programs and routes in the coming time.

On this occasion, tourism businesses from four provinces: Nghe An, Gia Lai, Dak Lak and Kon Tum signed a cooperation agreement to develop tourism./.
