Will Hillary Clinton be prosecuted for using personal email?

Mrs. Clinton admitted that using personal email to handle state affairs violated information security regulations.
Experts have conflicting views on this issue. New York University Law School Associate Professor Douglas Cox said that Clinton's actions only violated administrative regulations, not the law. The prosecution must present evidence that Clinton knew and intentionally violated these regulations before bringing her to court.
Some disagree. Former congressman and member of the White House Intelligence Committee Chris Stewart said Clinton was fully aware of the security requirements. A total of 2,093 emails containing classified information were found to have been sent from her personal email account, 22 of which contained extremely sensitive information.
Clinton denied the allegation, saying the information was not considered “sensitive” at the time. Former attorney Joseph DiGenova also said Clinton’s actions endangered national intelligence.
An article in the Washington Post urged the FBI to quickly complete its investigation before the general election in November.
Additionally, Clinton's former chief of staff and deputy chief of staff are also likely to be prosecuted for moving sensitive information from a secure account to an unsecured account.
Mrs. Clinton and many other experts believe that the possibility of prosecution is “unlikely” and hope that the investigation will end “as soon as possible.” Especially with the support of President Obama, Mrs. Clinton’s political career will not stop here.
If she is indicted, Clinton can still legally run. However, there may be pressure from within the Democratic Party to force her to withdraw. At that time, Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders or Vice President Joe Biden will be considered to replace her as the Democratic Party's representative.
